What states are eligible for wine delivery?

We can deliver to most states! This is the current list of states we can ship to.

When I sign up for the Wine Club, when is my first shipment?

If you sign up before the 10th, your shipment will be sent within 3 days. If you sign up after the 10th, your shipment will be sent in the next month’s release. Each month’s release is shipped by the 15th.

Can I order more wine?

Of course! You can purchase wine 24/7 on our online store and have it delivered.

How often will I receive wines with my subscription?

Our Wine Club is set to deliver quarterly (once every three months). You can choose to receive 3, 6, or 12 bottles per delivery.

Will I know what wines I’m getting ahead of delivery?

Yes! Before each release, we’ll email you a reminder about your next delivery, including a list of what varietals will be included.

Can I make changes to my wines before delivery?

Yes! Before each release, we’ll email you a reminder about your next delivery, including a list of what varietals will be included. You can customize your next delivery at this point, editing the selection of varietals that will ultimately be delivered.

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?

Yes! Before each release, we’ll email you a reminder about your next delivery with a link to your account.

Click “Update Information” to provide new payment information, hold your next shipment, or cancel your membership.

Shipping

How is the wine shipped?

Our wine is securely stored and shipped in wine cartons designed to secure each bottle. Please note that packages are not temperature controlled and should not be left outside during the warm months.

Do I need to be there for delivery?

Someone over 21 must be present to sign for the delivery. We’ll email you updates from UPS so you can track your vibes!

What if I miss a delivery attempt?

No worries! UPS will make three delivery attempts. If being home for deliveries is difficult due to scheduling or other reasons, having your package held at a pick-up location is a great option! You can request to have your package delivered to a local carrier location or UPS store to be picked up if that is more convenient.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-3 days for the East Coast and 5-7 days for the West Coast.

Billing

How do I update billing for my wine club subscription?

Ahead of your next delivery, you’ll receive an email notification about the upcoming release. Within that email, there is an option to edit your membership and billing information.

How do I cancel my wine club subscription?
